WORKEARLY PLUS BENEFITS

This page sets out the additional Benefits and features available under WORKEARLY Plus Plans.

The Benefits available may vary depending on the applicable Plan. The Benefits included in the Plan selected by the Member will be displayed before the purchase of, or switch to, that Plan.

1. Professional Profile

Where included in the applicable Plan, the Member will have access to a personal Professional Profile, which serves as the Member’s professional page on WORKEARLY.

The Professional Profile may include, among other things, the Member’s name, certificates, badges or other credentials obtained through WORKEARLY, Verified Skills, and other information relating to the Member’s professional development and use of WORKEARLY services.

The Professional Profile may be publicly accessible through a unique URL, allowing the Member to share it with employers, professional contacts or other third parties.

WORKEARLY may develop, enhance or update the available features, content and presentation of the Professional Profile from time to time.

Access to the Professional Profile requires an active Subscription to a Plan that includes this Benefit. If the Subscription expires or the Member switches to a Plan that does not include the Professional Profile, the User’s access to the Professional Profile and its public visibility will be disabled.

Cancellation of automatic renewal will not affect access to the Professional Profile until the end of the Subscription period already paid for. Where a refund request is approved, access to the Professional Profile and its public visibility will be disabled from the time the refund is approved.

2. Partner Gift Cards

Where included in the applicable Plan, Members may receive gift cards, vouchers, discount codes or other similar benefits offered by WORKEARLY partners (the “Partner Gift Cards”).

The Partner Gift Cards available from time to time, the value or type of benefit provided, the relevant partner, validity period, conditions of use and any specific restrictions will be presented through WORKEARLY and/or in the specific terms accompanying the relevant Partner Gift Card.

Partner Gift Cards are made available through WORKEARLY’s arrangements with third parties, and their availability, type, value and participating partners may change during the Subscription period.

WORKEARLY may add, replace or discontinue specific Partner Gift Cards or partner arrangements. The discontinuation or replacement of a particular Partner Gift Card will not affect a Partner Gift Card already issued to a Member, unless otherwise provided in the specific terms applicable to that Partner Gift Card or required as a result of actions or restrictions imposed by the relevant partner.

Partner Gift Cards are intended solely for the Member’s personal use and may not be exchanged for cash or give rise to any right to receive their equivalent value in cash, unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular Partner Gift Card.

Any purchase of products or services from a third-party partner will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to that partner.
