Please read these Course Purchase & Participation Terms carefully, as they constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WORKEARLY and contain important information regarding your rights, obligations and available legal remedies.
Courses are provided by WORKEARLY LTD (hereinafter referred to as “WORKEARLY”, the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), with the following details:

SCOPE
These Course Purchase & Participation Terms (the “Course Terms”) govern the purchase or acquisition, access to and participation in individual Courses offered by WORKEARLY.
These Course Terms apply to Courses offered either free of charge or for a fee.
To access and participate in a Course, you must create or have an active account on WORKEARLY’s educational platform (the “Educational Platform”). Creating or maintaining an account on the Educational Platform does not constitute a subscription to WORKEARLY. An account is required to access Courses, regardless of whether a Course is offered free of charge or purchased individually. Subscription services are separate and are subject to the applicable Subscription Terms.
These Course Terms form an integral part of WORKEARLY’s overall Terms and Conditions and should be read together with any other terms and policies applicable to your use of WORKEARLY’s Website, products or services, including, where applicable, the Terms of Use, Subscription Terms and Corporate Training Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Together, the terms applicable to you form the agreement between you and WORKEARLY. In the event of any conflict, these Course Terms shall prevail in relation to the purchase or acquisition, access to and participation in an individual Course.
DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Course Terms, the following definitions apply:
“Course” means an individual educational course offered by WORKEARLY, whether free of charge or for a fee, including the educational content, materials, activities and assessments made available as part of that Course.
“Participant” or “you” means the individual who acquires, accesses or participates in a Course.
“Educational Platform” means the online learning platform through which WORKEARLY provides access to Courses and related educational content, materials, activities and assessments.
“Account” means the personal user account created on the Educational Platform and used by the Participant to access and participate in Courses.
“Course Page” means the webpage or other digital interface through which WORKEARLY presents information relating to a specific Course, including, where applicable, its content, price, duration, access period and participation or completion requirements.
“Collaboration Proposal” means an individual proposal issued by WORKEARLY in relation to a specific Course, setting out the applicable commercial or participation terms, where such a proposal is provided.
ELIGIBILITY & MINORS
Participation in Courses available through the Educational Platform is open to adults as well as minors aged 15 years and over. Use of the Educational Platform by minors under the age of 15 is permitted only with the express prior consent of their parent or legal guardian and under the sole responsibility of the latter. Without such consent, use of the Educational Platform is not permitted.
The purchase of Courses or any other paid services offered by the Company is permitted exclusively to individuals aged 18 years and over. By making any purchase, the user expressly confirms that they are an adult and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Where a Course is intended for use by a minor, responsibility for the purchase and acceptance of these Course Terms rests exclusively with the adult making the purchase.
By purchasing a Course for a minor, the parent or legal guardian:
provides express consent to the minor’s enrolment in and participation in the Course;
confirms that they have read and fully accept these Course Terms on behalf of the minor; and
assumes full legal and financial responsibility for any actions and transactions carried out by the minor in connection with the Educational Platform.
If you become aware that your child is using our Services without your prior knowledge and approval, please inform us immediately. The Company reserves the right to request evidence of parental or legal guardian consent or to discontinue the minor’s participation in the event of a breach of the above terms.
PURCHASE & PAYMENT
There are two ways to purchase a Course and, consequently, enrol in it:
by purchasing the Course directly through workearly.com or authorised websites; or
by submitting an application to participate or an expression of interest.
Both purchase methods are subject to the following terms:
WORKEARLY works with payment service providers to offer secure and flexible payment methods for your purchase. WORKEARLY does not have access to your payment details (e.g. card number and card details) and only receives confirmation from the relevant payment provider that the transaction has been successfully completed. For further information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Following successful completion of the payment, you will have the option to save your payment receipt or invoice. A separate email will subsequently be sent to you with the relevant receipt or invoice attached.
Depending on the device you use to make your purchase, the following payment methods may be available:
payment by bank card, by entering your card details in the secure payment environment;
Google Pay or Apple Pay;
Klarna, where you maintain an eligible account;
Link by Stripe;
Revolut Pay; or
bank transfer.
Where payment is made by bank transfer, payment must be made to the following account:

For international transfers or transfers from outside the European Economic Area, an intermediary bank may be required. In such cases, the intermediary bank BIC is CHASDEFX.
All bank charges, transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, currency conversion fees or any other charges imposed by the Customer’s bank or payment service provider shall be borne exclusively by the Customer. The amount credited to WORKEARLY’s account must correspond to the total agreed purchase amount.
A place in a Course shall be considered reserved only after the agreed amount has been paid in full, unless WORKEARLY has expressly agreed otherwise. Partial payment does not create any obligation on WORKEARLY to reserve a place in the Course.
Payment by bank transfer shall be considered completed only once WORKEARLY has confirmed receipt of the relevant amount. You must retain proof of payment and send it to support@workearly.com or reply with it to the email through which you received the Collaboration Proposal.
If you are unable to make a transfer to the IBAN specified above, you must contact WORKEARLY to arrange an alternative payment method.
Please note that payments are also subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment service providers (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Revolut Pay), which are responsible for processing the payment.
When making a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorised payment method. If your payment fails and you nevertheless continue to have access to the Course or other content for which payment is required, we reserve the right to disable access to any such Course or content for which we have not received the required payment.
More specifically, the following applies:
Purchases through workearly.com or authorised websites: Following successful completion of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your purchase, followed by an email concerning your registration on the Educational Platform.
Purchases following an application: If you choose to purchase a Course by submitting an application rather than through a direct purchase, the following process applies:
Following submission of your application, WORKEARLY will contact you and you will subsequently receive a Collaboration Proposal by email. The Collaboration Proposal will include, indicatively, the content of the Course, the expected period for the commencement of your participation in the Course and our financial offer.
The Collaboration Proposal will include a dedicated link for payment of the Course, which will direct you to the secure payment environment of the relevant payment service provider, as described above.
Before proceeding with payment, you must verify that the payment amount corresponds to the amount specified in the Collaboration Proposal and complete the required information so that the payment can be verified. If the amounts do not correspond, you must inform WORKEARLY and refrain from proceeding with the payment. If you have received a discount code, you must ensure that it has been entered in the relevant field and successfully applied. You must also use the same email address to which the Collaboration Proposal was sent in order to avoid any confusion.
Where payment of your participation fee has been agreed to be made through a method outside the platform, such as by bank transfer, acceptance of the applicable terms shall be deemed to take place at the time of payment. You must retain proof of payment and send it to support@workearly.com or as a reply to the email through which you received the Collaboration Proposal.
Where it has been agreed that your place in a Course will be reserved through payment of a deposit, you may pay the agreed deposit in order to secure your participation in the Course, subject to the specific terms set out in the Collaboration Proposal. WORKEARLY shall not be required to perform its obligations unless the full agreed amount is paid.
If, for any reason, you do not receive a Collaboration Proposal, the terms of the relevant offer will be those set out on the Course Page for the Course in which you have expressed an interest or registered to participate. Such terms shall govern your relationship with WORKEARLY.
Where you have received a Collaboration Proposal, the specific terms contained in that Collaboration Proposal shall prevail over any other relevant information or terms, including those appearing on the Website or in promotional campaigns, to the extent that they have been specifically agreed following prior communication with WORKEARLY and in relation to the matters specifically regulated by the Collaboration Proposal. In all cases, the Collaboration Proposal forms an integral part of these Course Terms.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
WORKEARLY provides you with the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase of the Course. The date of purchase is the date on which the participation fee is paid, where you purchase the Course directly through workearly.com or authorised providers, or the date on which the Collaboration Proposal is accepted, where you purchase the Course following an application.
The withdrawal period is not affected by the payment method. Accordingly, the right of withdrawal expires upon completion of the above period regardless of whether the amount is paid in full, in instalments or through payment of a deposit.
In addition, the right of withdrawal is not dependent on whether or not you have logged into the Educational Platform, to the extent that any failure to access the Educational Platform results from your own decision and/or is attributable to you.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact WORKEARLY within the above fourteen (14)-day period and submit your withdrawal request by email to support@workearly.com.
Where you request withdrawal from a Course to which a discount has been applied through the redemption of a gift card or any promotional benefit, the right of withdrawal applies only to the amount actually paid and not to any amount corresponding to the gift card or promotional benefit.
In the case of the purchase of a WORKEARLY Gift Card, the purchaser has the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) days, unless the WORKEARLY Gift Card has already been redeemed. The right of withdrawal belongs to the Customer who made the relevant purchase.
Withdrawal requests submitted within the applicable fourteen (14)-day period will be accepted, provided that no transaction dispute (“Dispute”) has been initiated or is pending with the relevant payment service provider or any other competent organisation or authority, and provided that these Course Terms have not been breached. In such circumstances, a refund in connection with the withdrawal request cannot be processed, even where the request was submitted within the fourteen (14)-day period or has already been approved, due to restrictions imposed by the relevant payment platforms. While a Dispute is being investigated by the payment service provider, WORKEARLY is unable to release the payment amount and therefore cannot process a refund. The applicable investigation and resolution timelines are determined by the relevant payment service providers, and WORKEARLY is not responsible for such timelines.
GIFT CARDS
WORKEARLY GIFT CARDS
WORKEARLY may offer its own gift cards, which may be used to purchase the Course to which they relate. Gift cards are issued electronically and may be purchased through workearly.com or authorised third-party providers.
The value available for purchase is the value specified on the relevant gift card. Upon successful completion of payment, the gift card will be sent directly by email to the recipient. The validity period of each gift card will be specified in the applicable terms set out in the relevant offer, announcement or communication, including by email, social media or other means.
Upon expiry of the applicable validity period, the gift card will become inactive and may no longer be redeemed. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be redeemed for the purchase of other WORKEARLY products. A gift card may only be used for one purchase of the Course to which it relates. Only WORKEARLY has the right to sell WORKEARLY Gift Cards.
The Customer may not transfer a gift card, whether for payment or free of charge, sell it or exchange it. WORKEARLY reserves the right to request evidence that the Customer is the holder of the relevant gift card.
Depending on the Course to which they relate, gift cards may be subject to additional terms specified on the relevant website, in communications sent by email or through social media, or through other communication channels. Any such additional terms form an integral part of these Course Terms and apply in addition to them. Where such additional terms contain more specific provisions, those provisions shall prevail over these Course Terms in relation to the relevant gift card.
THIRD-PARTY GIFT CARDS
WORKEARLY may, from time to time, provide its Customers with gift cards issued by third-party partner stores. Any such benefit is provided voluntarily and at WORKEARLY’s sole discretion.
WORKEARLY shall not be responsible for any products or services purchased using such third-party gift cards. The validity period, redemption methods and other conditions applicable to such gift cards are specified by the relevant third party and are governed by that third party’s applicable terms and conditions.
VOUCHERS
WORKEARLY may, at any time, offer promotional campaigns in any form (collectively referred to as “Promotional Benefits” or “Benefits”), including, indicatively, free coupons, discount codes and vouchers. Such Promotional Benefits may be used for the purchase of the Course to which they relate, as a discount on the applicable Course price.
WORKEARLY may determine the duration and expiry of each Promotional Benefit, which may be defined either by a specific expiry date or by the exhaustion of a specified number of available places, applications or Promotional Benefits. WORKEARLY may extend or otherwise modify the applicable validity period where it considers appropriate. Promotional Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or sold and cannot be redeemed for the purchase of other Courses offered by WORKEARLY. Only WORKEARLY has the right to provide Promotional Benefits.
A person who receives a Promotional Benefit may not transfer it, whether for payment or free of charge, sell it or exchange it. WORKEARLY reserves the right to request evidence that the person redeeming the Promotional Benefit is its legitimate holder. Unless otherwise specified, each Promotional Benefit may be used for one purchase only.
Where a person receiving a Promotional Benefit is unable to demonstrate that they meet the applicable eligibility criteria for the relevant promotional campaign, WORKEARLY reserves the right to withdraw the Promotional Benefit. WORKEARLY may request evidence demonstrating that the Customer is the legitimate holder of the relevant Promotional Benefit.
Promotional Benefits are provided electronically and may be sent to the email address provided by the recipient. Depending on the relevant promotional campaign, additional terms may apply to the redemption of a Promotional Benefit. Such terms may be specified in the relevant email, Website announcement, social media communication or other communication channel and shall form an integral part of these Course Terms.
REFER A FRIEND
Where WORKEARLY runs a “Refer a Friend” promotional campaign, the form and amount of the reward (the “Reward”), as well as the conditions applicable to receiving and redeeming the Reward, will be specified in the relevant announcement (e.g. on the Website, by email or through social media) or in communications with the interested parties.
ACCOUNT CREATION
In order to provide our services, including access to educational content, participation in examinations and receipt of certificates, you are required to create an account on WORKEARLY’s educational platform (the “Educational Platform”), which is accessible through a separate website.
When purchasing a Course through workearly.com or other authorised websites, or when participating in a free Course, you authorise WORKEARLY to create your account on the Educational Platform and enrol you in the relevant Course. Once the payment process for a paid Course or the registration process for a free Course has been completed, you will receive an email regarding the creation of your account. If you do not complete the account creation process, you will not be able to access the Course or the relevant WORKEARLY services.
During the purchase or registration process, you must provide and maintain accurate and complete information, including a valid email address and your first and last name.
You are fully responsible for your account and for all activity carried out through it, including any loss or damage caused to us or any third party as a result of unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You may not transfer your account to another person or use another person’s account. If you contact us to request access to an account, we will not be able to provide such access unless you provide the information necessary to demonstrate that you are the account holder.
You may not share your login credentials with any other person. WORKEARLY cannot intervene in disputes arising from the sharing of accounts unless the legitimate interests of WORKEARLY are affected. You must notify us immediately if you become aware that another person is using your account without your permission, or if you suspect any other security issue, by contacting our Support Team. We may request information from you in order to verify that you are the account holder.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@workearly.com. If you delete your account, we will no longer be able to continue providing our services to you, without any fault or liability on the part of WORKEARLY.
PARTICIPATION IN COURSES
By enrolling in a WORKEARLY Course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access the Course content solely for your personal, non-commercial and educational use through our services. The content remains the intellectual property of WORKEARLY or its partner providers and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or otherwise used without prior written authorisation.
The licence to access the Course applies only to the viewing of the content and does not extend to any additional services or support that may have been provided at the time of enrolment. WORKEARLY reserves the right to revoke the licence where the content must be disabled for legal reasons or in accordance with our internal policies.
Any unauthorised use, copying, storage, reproduction, transmission, translation or republication of the content is expressly prohibited. Individual portions of the content may be saved for personal use, provided that there is no intention of commercial exploitation and the source is acknowledged. Under no circumstances does this constitute the granting or transfer of any intellectual property rights.
WORKEARLY reserves the right to exercise any legal rights and remedies available to it in the event of unauthorised use or disclosure of its content. Materials originating from third-party providers have been made available to WORKEARLY under specific licences and are protected by the applicable intellectual property rights and may not be republished without authorisation.
COURSE START
Participation in certain WORKEARLY Courses begins during specific periods of the year and may depend on the number of Participants and the order in which enrolments are received. The relevant Course Page and/or Collaboration Proposal will specify the period during which participation in the Course is expected to begin, and the exact start date will be communicated to you no later than the start date itself.
In exceptional circumstances, WORKEARLY reserves the right to change the start period, provided that you have been informed of the change in advance.
The start date of the Course is considered to be the date on which you are enrolled in the Course on the Educational Platform and, therefore, obtain access to it.
Please note that the structure of certain Courses is based on the gradual release of access to Course content, with the aim of supporting micro-learning, as specified on the relevant Course Page and/or in the Collaboration Proposal. Accordingly, WORKEARLY’s services in relation to certain Courses are provided over a specified period of time, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
ATTENDANCE, COMPLETION, SUSPENSION & INACTIVITY
Participants are responsible for progressing through the Course and completing the applicable Course requirements in accordance with the timeframe and structure specified for the relevant Course. The requirements for successful completion, including any applicable examinations or assessments, are set out in the “Exams & Completion Requirements” section of these Course Terms.
Certain Courses provide a specific period of time for the completion of each module. For such Courses, you may request the following:
1) Extension: You may request an extension of the period available to complete the relevant modules if you require additional time. In such cases, you must coordinate with WORKEARLY. If the agreed Extension period expires and you do not contact WORKEARLY within one (1) month following the expiry of the agreed deadline, WORKEARLY will consider the Course to have entered Temporary Suspension (see below). If a further one (1) month passes without any communication with WORKEARLY, WORKEARLY will consider you to have permanently withdrawn from the Course.
2) Acceleration: You may request to accelerate your progress through the Course if you consider that you are able to complete the Course modules within a shorter period. In such cases, you must coordinate with WORKEARLY and, subject to WORKEARLY’s approval, you will be granted access to the subsequent modules.
3) Temporary Suspension: If, for any reason, you wish to take a break from the Course for a period of weeks or months and continue at a later date, you may request the temporary suspension (“freezing”) of the Course. During the Temporary Suspension, you will retain access to the Educational Platform but will not be granted access to subsequent Course modules until the suspension is lifted by agreement with WORKEARLY. You must notify WORKEARLY of your intention to resume the Course no later than one (1) week before your desired resumption date. WORKEARLY reserves the right not to approve the lifting of the Temporary Suspension where there are specific reasons that make resumption impossible, including, for example, the passage of an excessive period of time or discontinuation of the Course.
4) Permanent Withdrawal: Where WORKEARLY continues to provide uninterrupted access to the Course, you will be considered to have permanently withdrawn from the Course if:
a. you have submitted a transaction dispute (“Dispute”) to the relevant payment service provider or another competent organisation or authority; or
b. you have breached applicable law or these Course Terms in any way.
Where Permanent Withdrawal occurs, you acknowledge that you shall have no claims against WORKEARLY in relation to the Course, and WORKEARLY may cease providing Course materials, terminate your access to the Course and/or delete your account. In such circumstances, WORKEARLY’s performance shall not be considered partial or defective performance of the relevant service. The termination of the relationship shall be attributable exclusively to your breach or conduct.
TERMINATION
You may terminate your relationship with WORKEARLY at any time. Where the applicable withdrawal period has expired, WORKEARLY shall not be required to refund the participation fee paid for the Course and reserves the right to terminate your access to the Course.
WORKEARLY may terminate its relationship with you with immediate effect in any of the following circumstances:
if you have not paid the full agreed amount within the deadlines specified in the Collaboration Proposal;
if you breach these Course Terms or any applicable terms of WORKEARLY’s suppliers, partners, subcontractors, subsidiaries or affiliated companies; or
if you breach applicable law or any applicable recommendations, instructions and/or guidelines issued by competent supervisory authorities.
In any of the above circumstances, you acknowledge that you shall have no claims against WORKEARLY in relation to the Course and/or the Company. WORKEARLY may terminate your access to the Course and additionally reserves the right to delete your account.
COURSE TRANSFER & CHANGE
WORKEARLY may, but is not obliged to, approve a request to transfer a Course you have purchased to another person or to transfer your participation to a different Course from the one originally purchased. Any such approval is at WORKEARLY’s discretion and may depend on various factors, including, indicatively, the nature of the Course and the availability of places.
If WORKEARLY approves a Course transfer or change, you will no longer have access to the Course in respect of which you requested the transfer or change.
Where a Course is transferred to another person, you confirm that you have obtained that person’s consent. The transfer will be completed only after the new Participant has accepted these Course Terms.
PROVIDERS & PARTNERS
In providing its services, WORKEARLY may, at its sole discretion, engage third-party companies, including, without limitation, software providers, payment service providers, educational partners and other service providers. The selection of such providers is at WORKEARLY’s sole discretion.
Where applicable, the terms and conditions of such third-party providers and partners shall be binding on the Customer and shall apply in addition to these Course Terms in connection with the relevant services.
MATERIALS & CONTENT
The materials, methodology and, more generally, the manner in which the services are provided are determined at WORKEARLY’s discretion and remain its exclusive property, subject to any applicable third-party intellectual property rights.
WORKEARLY provides continuous access to the Educational Platform on which the materials are uploaded and made available, except in cases of technical failures or scheduled maintenance periods affecting the relevant platform.
The materials correspond to the modules described on the relevant Course Page or in the Collaboration Proposal. The provision of any additional materials is at WORKEARLY’s discretion.
The content of WORKEARLY Courses is intended exclusively to provide knowledge and insights from the labour market and to offer practical guidance and educational materials to Participants. It does not constitute and should not be regarded as professional, legal, tax, investment, psychological or any other form of advice.
Unless expressly stated otherwise or accompanied by a specific source, any figures, examples, statistics, salary information, salary ranges, percentages, forecasts, references to common labour-market practices or other similar information included in the educational materials are provided exclusively for educational purposes and to facilitate understanding of the concepts presented. Such information may consist of hypothetical examples, exercises, approaches or generalisations and does not constitute a representation of actual market conditions, a guarantee of results or a promise of any specific professional, financial or salary outcome.
Similarly, any references to psychology, wellbeing, stress management, burnout, motivation, personal development, emotional intelligence or related matters are provided exclusively for educational and informational purposes and are not a substitute for the services of a psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist or other mental health professional. Where individualised support or professional assessment is required, the Participant should consult an appropriately licensed professional.
Certain WORKEARLY services, features, educational exercises, simulations, role-playing scenarios, chatbots, support tools or other content may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems, including generative AI technologies. Certain Course content or educational materials may also be created, generated, adapted or supported, in whole or in part, using AI tools. Any content, responses, suggestions or information generated or supported by AI systems are provided exclusively for educational and informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies, omissions or outdated information.
Participants must independently evaluate and verify information and content generated or provided through AI tools and should not rely exclusively on such information when making professional, financial, legal, medical, psychological or other significant decisions. WORKEARLY does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of content or outputs generated by AI systems.
WORKEARLY reserves the right to modify, replace or discontinue any AI functionality or AI-supported feature without prior notice.
WORKEARLY and its partners shall not be liable for any decision, action or omission of a Participant based on information provided in connection with a Course. You should therefore consult appropriately qualified professionals for specialised advice concerning your career or any legal, financial or other matters requiring professional advice.
Participation in a WORKEARLY Course, receipt of a certificate or certificate of completion, participation in mentoring activities, inclusion in the Talent Network, the presentation of your profile to partner companies or engagement with Hiring Partners does not guarantee an interview, employment, recruitment, career progression, increased earnings or any other specific professional, financial or personal outcome. The results obtained from the knowledge and services provided by WORKEARLY depend on numerous factors outside WORKEARLY’s control.
The issuance of a certificate, certificate of attendance, certificate of completion or any other document by WORKEARLY demonstrates only that the Participant has satisfied the requirements established for the relevant Course. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant Course Page or in the Collaboration Proposal, such certificates or confirmations do not constitute state-recognised certification, a professional licence, an academic qualification or recognition of professional qualifications by a public authority or third-party body.
EXAMS & COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS
Certain Courses may require the completion of examinations, assessments, quizzes, assignments, practical exercises or other activities as a condition for successful completion. The specific completion requirements applicable to each Course are set out on the relevant Course Page, within the Educational Platform and/or in the Collaboration Proposal.
Where an examination or assessment is required, the Participant must achieve the applicable passing score or otherwise satisfy the relevant assessment criteria. The number of attempts available for each examination or assessment may vary depending on the Course and will be specified in the relevant Course information.
Participants are responsible for completing all applicable Course requirements within the period specified for the relevant Course, where such a period applies.
WORKEARLY may use automated systems, including AI-supported tools, for the delivery, administration or evaluation of certain quizzes, exercises or assessments. Where such tools are used, their results may form part of the Course learning and assessment process.
Successful completion of a Course is determined by satisfaction of the requirements applicable to that Course. Accessing all Course materials alone does not constitute successful completion where examinations, assessments, assignments or other completion requirements apply.
Any certificate, certificate of attendance or certificate of completion will be issued only where the Participant has satisfied the applicable requirements for the relevant Course. The nature and status of such certificates are subject to the provisions set out in these Course Terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In all cases, WORKEARLY’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for the relevant Course.
FORCE MAJEURE
WORKEARLY shall not be liable for any delay, interruption or failure to perform its obligations under these Course Terms where this results from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental or regulatory measures, strikes or other industrial action, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, or failures affecting third-party service providers or technological infrastructure on which the relevant services depend.
Where a force majeure event affects the provision of a Course, WORKEARLY may suspend, postpone, reschedule or modify the affected services for as long as reasonably necessary in light of the relevant circumstances.
WORKEARLY will use reasonable efforts to minimise the impact of any such event and to resume the affected services as soon as reasonably practicable.
